NSPL – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an Order on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms. NSPL’s acceptance of your Order is confirmed by a confirmation email sent to the email address you provided. NSPL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to Product unavailability, errors in pricing or Product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, NSPL will notify you and provide a refund if applicable. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay for all Products you purchase on the Website, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees, as displayed at checkout. NSPL accepts various payment methods as displayed on the Website, which may include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other online payment gateways. 6. Shipping and Delivery

NSPL will ship Products to the delivery address you specify at checkout. Please ensure the accuracy of the address. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, Product availability, and logistical factors. NSPL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items sold on the Website within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Perishable goods, items with broken seals, and items marked as non-returnable are generally not eligible for return. To initiate a return, you must contact NSPL’s customer support at support@nainji.in within the 7-day period and obtain a return authorization. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to NSPL’s error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, NSPL will process the refund within 15 business days to the original payment method.

8. Product Information

NSPL strives to provide accurate Product information on the Website. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, images, pricing, or other Content are error-free. If you receive a Product that does not conform to its description on the Website, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with the return policy.
